Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a Molecular Technologist working from our laboratory in Phoenix, AZ location, with a start date on or before January 2, 2026.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Laboratory, Molecular Technologist
A typical day for a molecular technologist involves extracting and analyzing RNA samples using various molecular laboratory techniques. This includes RNA quantification, PCR, reagent quality control, and instrument maintenance, all while interpreting data to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results. The role requires proficiency in molecular techniques, maintaining optimal working conditions, and upholding stringent quality control measures. Collaborating with team members is also integral to supporting an efficient workflow and maintaining high standards within the laboratory.
REQUIREMENTS
B.S. in a scientific discipline with 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or equivalent environment.
2-4 years of laboratory experience in high complexity testing, 6 months of technical proficiency in histological methodology, or 2 years of clinical QA experience is preferred.
