Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to provide in-home therapy services. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to manage their own caseload.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and home health agency staff
• Document visits and maintain accurate patient records

Job Requirements :

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology License
• Current BLS / CPR Certification
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Current automobile insurance
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (home health experience preferred)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and provide a TB test dated within 6 months of hire
