JOB SUMMARY :

The Field Service Supervisor leads our talented team of Field Service Technicians in getting our customers back to work. As a Field Service Supervisor you will manage the day-to-day Field Service Department operations communicate with our customers and lead the service addition to day-to-day operations you will also participate in developing and training your field technicians and be involved in process reviews to ensure that we are running an efficient and effective service department. JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have prior industry knowledge of the products and a technical background of the products sold and serviced.
• Some supervisory experience is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop bend kneel crouch reach and twist; to lift carry push and / or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
