Job Overview

The Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all accounting processes. This role includes performing bank reconciliations, maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and implementing process improvements. You will also manage and mentor a small accounting team, providing leadership and guidance.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager :

Perform precise and efficient bank account reconciliations

Maintain detailed financial records for subsidiary companies, including balance sheet and general ledger analysis

Prepare internal and external financial statements to support strategic decision-making

Develop and implement accounting procedures, analyze current processes, and recommend improvements

Manage and mentor a small accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager Role :

Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience

Skills :

Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple projects

Strong oral and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Proficiency in Excel is essential
