Job Description
The EDM Operator is responsible for operating and programming Electrical Discharge Machines (EDM), including wire and / or sinker EDM systems, to produce precision metal components that meet tight tolerances. This role includes machine setup, tooling preparation, reading blueprints, performing in-process inspections, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure quality and productivity standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
