Bastion enables financial institutions and enterprises to issue regulated stablecoins, generate revenue on reserves, and expand their ecosystems. Bastion's platform combines stablecoin issuance, secure custody, and seamless orchestration for cross-border transfers, on / off-ramps, and stablecoin conversions. With Bastion's platform and APIs, businesses can create and scale their stablecoin network, while optimizing revenue, compliance, and control.

We are looking for a player-coach Head of Product who is excited to build the future of enterprise stablecoins with us. This is a hands-on role to start, with the expectation that you will be guiding our product roadmap in close partnership with the executive team, GTM, and engineering to make sure we consistently deliver. You will manage one senior contributor, with further team growth dependent on scale and success.

The goal for the first 90 days is to set our product and company up for success in 2026. This will be an intense period, but one where you will be able to have an immediate impact.

While we are open to this role being based anywhere in the United States, there will be significant advantages to candidates who are based in (or willing to travel often or relocate to) New York City.

7 Days Rapid Orientation and Decision Velocity

Establish a shared understanding of our "Issue ? Hold ? Move" architecture and immediate constraints

Meet core stakeholders in Eng, Compliance, GTM; confirm decision rights and escalation paths

Triage top 3 delivery risks across issuance, on / off?ramp, and external surfaces

Deliverable : A one?page action plan with 3 themes, owners, and next decisions due within 7 days

15 Days Unblock and Set the Operating Rhythm

Lock the initial 30?day priorities and success signals for Issuance and Hold / Move reliability

Work with GTM team to meet with customers and use their needs to further inform our product roadmap

Stand up lean product cadences : weekly portfolio review, cross?functional intake, and risk register

Validate user journeys and compliance touchpoints for near?term milestones

Deliverable : 30?day execution plan with milestones, risks, and cross?functional owners

30 Days Ship Visible Progress and Reduce Risk

Show customer?visible progress on at least one external surface

De?risk readiness with test plans, observability, and runbooks

Publish a crisp roadmap linking themes to outcomes and checkpoints for the next quarter

Deliverable : Updated roadmap, measurable outcomes for first themes, and a repeatable planning cadence

90 Days Scale Impact and Prove Durability

Demonstrate measurable wins with reliability and compliance baked in

Institutionalize product principles, analytics, and quality bars that guide prioritization

Deliverable : Significant product progress, setting us up for success in 2026
