We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens assignment in North Carolina. This 6-week opportunity begins on Dec 16, 2025, and features 12-hour day and night shifts throughout December. The ideal candidate will have recent ED inpatient experience and be comfortable working a flexible shift schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide emergency medical care to a diverse patient population in the EDEvaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and urgent conditionsStabilize patients and coordinate care with consulting specialtiesOrder and interpret diagnostic tests as indicatedDocument all encounters and treatments using Epic EMRAdhere to best practices in emergency medicine and facility protocolsAdditional Information
Must have active North Carolina medical licenseBoard certification required in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal MedicineMust have completed ED inpatient shifts within the last 12 monthsAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications requiredBenefits
