In this vital role, you will lead and execute sophisticated penetration testing operations for U.S. Government and DoD systems. Collaborating closely with Blue Team and Cybersecurity experts, you'll help enhance our clients' cyber defenses.

Contract Details : This position is contingent upon the award of a contract anticipated in December 2025.

Clearance Requirements : An ACTIVE Top Secret / SCI eligible clearance (IT Level I Tier 5 / Special-Sensitive Position) is mandatory. Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet requirements for classified information access. U.S. Citizenship is essential for clearance eligibility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and utilization of advanced offensive security tools such as Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, and Cobalt Strike.
• Emulate threat actor behavior using Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) aligned with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments across various operating systems, including Linux, Windows, and macOS.
• Drive exploit development and discover zero-day vulnerabilities.
• Identify and analyze gaps in offensive tools and development methods.
• Utilize at least two programming or scripting languages (Python, C++, Java, Rust, Assembly, C#, etc.) for exploit development.

Your Qualifications :

Compensation Package : Our compensation at SimVentions is based on various factors, including experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, and other competencies. The projected annual compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 (USD), reflecting the standard salary for this role, along with an attractive benefits package.
