Salary : $135,000 - $150,000 per year

Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner needed! An ideal candidate will have 2 + years of direct-patient care experience, a strong clinical background & be open to travel to patient homes. Unrestricted & Active Nurse Practitioner's Licensure, Board certification (ANCC / AANP), DEA Certification, and Nursing License are required for this role.

Job Details

Requirements :

2 or more years of direct patient care required

Experience with Palliative care

Clinically sound professional that is comfortable with complex disease management

Managed Care / IPA / Health Plan experience

Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner License (Active and Unrestricted)

Board certified (ANCC / AANP)

DEA Certified (Current and Unrestricted)

BLS Certification (We will support your certification completion through onboarding!)

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred, not required!

Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously

Access to transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance

Sound understanding of all federal and state regulations including HIPAA and OSHA

Experience conducting annual wellness visits or similar comprehensive visits virtually or in the home
