Overview

How You'll Make an Impact

Epsilon is seeking a Technology Development Coordinator 2 to join a team that is focused on creating world class digital solutions using Epsilon's market-leading products. You will have the opportunity to become proficient in marketing technology platforms where you will act as a liaison between the client and the Epsilon Engineering teams.

  • Work together to win together : You will work cross functionally amongst several groups and while it does vary per team you may work with associates from Engineering, Business Architects, Project Managers and external Client teams. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days / week in office.
  • Innovate with purpose : You will support and maintain our technical solutions, ensuring data quality and seamless integration for the client

  • Impact : You will play a key role in supporting many fields within the software development lifecycle including data reporting, research methodologies, design support, and testing.

    As a participant in the New Grad Program, you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career at Epsilon. The Program is a multi-year developmental program designed to support your transition from the classroom to the corporate environment and kick start your professional development. You will participate in professional and job specific training, receive formal mentorship, and have the opportunity to network and engage with various associates from all levels in the organization.

    Who You Are

  • What you'll bring with you :
  • The desire to learn technology

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working proficiency of SQL, Java, Python or BI Tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • The skill to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • The ability to be detail oriented and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to work in a diverse global team
  • Why you might stand out from other talent :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Management preferred

  • 0-1 years of professional work experience
  • Experience working with Amazon Web Services and / or Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
