This role offers an opportunity to lead residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality homes are built efficiently, safely, and on schedule. You will coordinate multiple job sites, work closely with vendors and trade contractors, and maintain strong communication with homeowners throughout the building process. The ideal candidate combines technical construction expertise with strong organizational and people management skills to drive project success. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and compliance standards while coaching teams to deliver exceptional results. This is a dynamic, high-production environment where your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Accountabilities :

• Manage and coordinate construction schedules for multiple homes across various neighborhoods, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and erosion / sediment control measures.
• Communicate with homeowners, provide orientations, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the construction process.
• Supervise and coach vendors and trade contractors, addressing performance issues and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
• Complete necessary documentation, including utility applications, pre-lot inspections, quality checklists, and vendor payment authorizations.
• Identify design or plan issues and coordinate with purchasing or project teams for resolution.
• Recruit and evaluate new vendors to strengthen the construction network and reduce unnecessary costs.
