Our client, a natural disaster restoration company, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This person would focus on commercial building estimation and restoration. This is a direct hire role with heavy travel required.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project; estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
- Manages multiple projects at one time.
- Prepares accurate and complete project estimates and proposals.
- Organizes, plans, and manages multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
- Facilitates necessary paperwork and payment with property owners.
- Determines which portions of the job will be produced internally and which will be subcontracted.
- Analyzes job specifications, architectural drawings, blueprints, and supporting documents to determine and calculate quantities of materials specified for projects.
- Delivers focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
