Location : Village of River Oaks, an Independent and Assisted Living senior community with Memory Care

Pay Rate : $15.00 / hr.

Schedule : Saturday & Sunday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles.
• Ensure smooth and safe traffic flow in the driveway area.
• Help residents and guests get in and out of vehicles safely.
• Properly label, track, and return vehicle keys to their owners.
• Assist residents and guests with their belongings.
• Help residents with mobility devices as needed.
• Observe all traffic laws and practice safe driving techniques.
• Immediately report any accidents or vehicle damage to the Executive Director or Manager on Duty.
• Assist the concierge with resident deliveries.
• Maintain a safe driving record that meets company guidelines and insurance requirements.
• Report any potentially unsafe conditions to the Executive Director.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene as per company policies.
