About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. This is a critical role for a senior finance executive with strong operational expertise who can seamlessly connect financials to business strategy and firm operations. The CFO will provide financial leadership, operational insight, and data-driven guidance to support the continued growth and success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the firm’s overall financial strategy, planning, and execution.
- Partner with senior leadership to align financial management with operational priorities, practice group performance, and firmwide goals.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights for business units and projects.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular analysis to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage relationships with banking, audit, tax, and external financial partners.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and operations team.
Qualifications
Location : Washington, D.C. (In-Office, Full-Time)
Compensation : $250,000 base salary + performance-based incentives
