LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Administration MD in Michigan!

About The Position

Manage daily operations of Behavioral Health Urgent Care, Mental Health Rapid Response, and Intake services.

Ensure safe, welcoming, and trauma-informed environments for clients, families, and staff.

Lead staff management, including hiring, scheduling, training, supervision, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Oversee program development, evaluation, policy, and procedure implementation.

Monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with funding requirements.

Foster collaborative relationships with community partners and serve as a liaison to stakeholders.

Advocate for clients to improve quality of life and remove service barriers.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain required documentation.

Ensure adherence to all agency policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling with full Michigan state licensure.

Minimum 1 year post-Master’s experience providing mental health treatment to adults and children with severe mental illness.

At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities.

Meets QMHP, CMHP, and QIDP criteria within 120 days of hire.

Holds CAADC credential or is on an active MCBAP certification plan within 6 weeks of hire.

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in mental health programs.

Valid driver’s license with favorable driving record.

Strong leadership, communication, crisis management, and cultural competency skills.

Benefits

Program Hours :

Mon–Thu : 8 : 30 AM – 12 : 00 AM

Fri : 8 : 30 AM – 11 : 00 PM

Sat : 9 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Required Hours : 37.5 / week (Some evenings / weekends as needed)

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate : $39.52 – $53.19 (based on licensing and experience)
