Hiring Team Description

At , our strong insider security controls are critical to our ability to ensure a secure infrastructure that protects our members’ data and ensures. The Identity Development team is responsible for implementing and operating the services that govern the identity and access of internal users at scale. This team is also responsible for providing the capabilities to ensure continuous monitoring of security controls to ensure that they are effective and meet compliance requirements. As a Sr. Manager of the Identity Development Team at , you will play a crucial role in our ongoing efforts to set the vision for our internal user identity and compliance strategy. We are looking for experienced professionals who have a proven track record of leading engineering teams that can design and develop identity and compliance infrastructure by collaborating with diverse stakeholder teams (both engineering and non-engineering) across multiple organizations. The pay range for this role is $181,000 to $297,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
