Schedule : Days (Sun-Tue / Wed 7am-7pm)

Pay Rate : $27-$29 Hourly DOE

Location : Tualatin OR (Local Candidates Only)

Position Type : Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Investigate and escalate alarms and issues to system owners.
• Manage Gas & Chemical tape inventory schedule PMs using Tririga and perform changes.
• Provide feedback to system owners for tape inventory and usage forecasts.
• Support FLSS panel watch as requested.
• Utilize existing building management systems (FMS / UCS) to interface with gas & chemical systems for data trending and alarm management.
• Monitor systems daily via UCS / FMS.
• Acknowledge alarms as required.
• Respond to alarms promptly.
• Review system alarm setpoints and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Provide recommendations to reduce system alarms.

May be required to walk up to 5miles per day able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time ability tobend twist push / pull crouch kneel in confined spaces work at heights on a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds.
