Clinic Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The Clinic Coordinator works with the Director of Clinic Operations in establishing, developing, planning and organizing operational and educational programs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervises, trains, and supports clinic nursing staff, medical volunteers, and sonographers.
• Delegates clinical responsibilities and evaluates staff performance.
• Provides clinical mentoring and ongoing competency evaluations.
• Schedules medical staff and ensures appropriate coverage for clinic operations.
• Collaborates with the Medical Director to implement new medical programs or training.
