Description : Responsibilities :
- Maintain an ongoing and clear communication with Drain Techs before, during and after work calls in order to keep an active pipeline of job referrals in play
- Join Drain Techs to job sites and use cameras to locate sewer and identify problem areas
- Professional communicate with customers while presenting multiple options for sale
- Close the sale based on customers' preference
- Maintain flexibility throughout the job to offer quality customer service and complete final payment collections
- Offer final close and quality control customer service
- Provide 3+ options to customers using the company's "Pricing Tool"
- Use camera equipment as needed
- Fill out pre and post job checklist to insure 100% customer satisfaction
- Pipelining pipe bursting and excavation
- Must have experience
Benefits
Hours Mon-Fri 7am-7pm with occasional rotating Saturdays
Commission based position
Pay : $100,000-$200,000
