The First Shift Expeditor plays a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. Their ability to maintain accurate records and support overall logistics operations through Warehouse Management Systems directly contribute to our success. Will work closely with warehouse staff drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

What youll do :

• Coordinate the receipt storage and dispatch of goods
• Process shipments through WMS to start floor production
• Ensure compliance with safety security and operational procedures
• Communicate with suppliers carriers and internal departments to resolve issues
• Support warehouse staff including training
• Conduct regular audits and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment

What is required : High School Diploma

3-5 years of clerical warehouse experience.

English language proficiency

Organization and prioritization skills

Computer Skills

Multi-Tasking ability
