Your role :

• Identifying problems and ensuring that the insurance is accurate on the patient account. Verifying insurance information and appropriate referrals have been completely and accurately obtained.
• Confirming patient insurance benefits across all carriers and ensures accurate documentation of coverage details, including effective dates and special clauses.
• Collecting and recording complete insurance information, documenting actions taken on charges or referral issues to maintain compliance and transparency.
• Educating patients and families on insurance responsibilities and communicates coverage details and financial obligations clearly to internal teams.
• Reviewing payer guides for contract provisions, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues to supervisors to keep verification processes current.
• Providing timely updates and responses to Customer Service, Clinical, and Sales teams regarding insurance verification and authorization status.

Basic computer (including the MS Office suite) and math skills.

How we work together :

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details :

The pay range for this position in MN is $20.00 to $30.00 / hour.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
