Driving Caregiver or CNA for Weatherford

Overture Home Care provides professional RN-delegated home care to seniors and individuals who value comfort dignity and independence. We are seeking skilled and compassionate Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weatherford team and deliver exceptional in-home care. We are also seeking employees with valid transportation a drivers license and auto insurance that will be able to drive our clients to an from appointments and errands.

Position Overview

As an Overture employee you will provide hands-on personal care and supportive services for our clients across Parker county. This position is ideal for Caregivers or CNAs who are dependable professional and passionate about enhancing the quality of life for clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing grooming and dressing
• Support mobility transfers and exercises as directed
• Work with patients of all types including Alzheimers / Dementia patients stroke patients and hospice patients
• Monitor and report client condition changes to the office or case manager
• Perform light housekeeping meal preparation and errands as needed
• Offer companionship and promote a safe comfortable home environment
