Call Center Nurse RN – Field-Based (Arkansas)Location : Field-Based (occasional office presence may be requested)Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PMRate : Starting @ $35.00 / hourlyDress Code : Professional attire suitable for remote and field-based workPosition Overview : We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Call Center Nurse supporting adult and aging Medicaid beneficiaries across Arkansas. This field-based role involves conducting remote functional assessments and providing clinical support via telehealth technologies.Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting functional assessments for adult and aging Medicaid beneficiaries.
- Utilizing telehealth platforms and mobile technology (., hotspots) to complete remote evaluations.
- Triaging patient needs and documenting findings accurately.
- Communicating with beneficiaries and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Returning patient messages and coordinating follow-up actions.
- Sending faxes and managing documentation workflows.
- Obtaining and reviewing patient medical histories.
