Program Manager

The Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of mental health programs and services within the facility. This role ensures that clinical and administrative operations align with regulatory standards, organizational goals, and the needs of the community. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, program development, staff supervision, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure programs meet therapeutic goals and client needs.
• Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Collect and analyze program data to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with external partners, including healthcare providers, social services, and community organizations.
