Desktop Support

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum two (2) years of professional experience, in end user computing and PC / Workstation based LAN applications.

Education

Additional Skills :

• Knowledge of mobile devices.
• Current and recent Windows and , Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office Suite of products. Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Some technical consulting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IS Or four (4) years of experience in a directly related field preferred.
• Microsoft Certifications or training and / or A+ preferred.
• Duration of assignment : 6 months minimum, potential for extension or FTE conversion
• Remote Options (Fully Remote, Partially Remote, Client Onsite) : Client Onsite

o Dress Code : Business Casual

• Will this worker work in a patient access building more than 50% of the time : Yes
• Any Travel for this role : Yes, between sites in service area
• Specific Details around travel including locations, frequency, different locations throughout the same day, etc. Service area within 7-20 miles usually, service vehicle available
• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? : 2 years if possible or a degree
• Expected Shift : Day shift, M-F, 8-5
