The Product Manager leads the development implementation and optimization of the Foundations technical systems. This role ensures seamless integration across key products and tools to enhance efficiency compliance and user experience. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements manage system configurations and deliver technology solutions that advance organizational goals. Success in this role requires deep expertise in CRM systems vendor coordination as well as the ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive scalable solutions.
Qualifications : Required :
- Bachelors degree in computer science business management system administration or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with databases automation tools and integrated technology platforms to support efficient data management and systems operations
- Proven accuracy and thoroughness in managing data documentation and troubleshooting system issues
- Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Committed to enhancing end-user experience system usability and stakeholder engagement across platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly document processes and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to assess complex systems identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions with a focus on continuous improvement

System & Data Management
Manage and conduct technical user onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring proper access control permissions and secure system configurations.Oversee change control procedures for system updates enhancements and new feature implementations to maintain system stability and compliance.Design and implement data structures and integrations across systems to ensure scalability security and data integrity.Monitor and manage data transactions resolving issues promptly to maintain accuracy consistency and efficiency.Perform routine data validations to ensure completeness and reliability of system data.Create and maintain CRM reporting collaborating with other Operations team members to fulfill organizational reporting requirements.Governance
Ensure policies are aligned and integrated within technology solutions. Maintain accurate up-to-date documentation of systems workflows and data management standards.Manage user access to critical systems in accordance with organizational and industry standards. Maintain a schedule for review and audit of critical system access levels.Partner with the Director of Operations to oversee technology system contracts and ensure appropriate vendor resources are utilized.Conduct regular compliance audits risk assessments and system performance reviews. Generate reports on system performance compliance findings and adherence to policy and standards.User Experience
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to optimize systems improve processes and enhance data quality for a better user experience. Provide training and ongoing support to ensure effective system use adoption and issue resolution.Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot system issues promptly.Serve as a primary point of contact for Foundant systems supporting daily technical needs and escalations as needed.Provide back-up coverage for Grants Program Administrator.Actively manage system vendors and communicate updates internally to ensure stakeholders and end users are informed about system changes and performance.Project Management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business requirements.
