Pay information… Competitive daily rates starting at $800, depending on experience and clinical capabilities Earn a minimum of 32% of production based upon your experience and clinical capabilities Opportunism to earn performance-based increases, including participation in the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay program that rewards you with increases to your percent of production based upon the clinical value you create About this office… Location : 930 North Congress Ave, Suite 200, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 Schedule : Flexible / Temporary Multi-Provider Practice (1 GP working with in-house specialists) Payor Data : Primarily PPO with balanced mix Established, profitable practice in a prime Boynton Beach location with strong patient flow and turnkey support What you’ll bring to the team… Clinical Expertise : Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures. Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments. Treatment Planning : Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Educate patients on treatment options, ensuring informed decision-making. Patient Care : Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing oral health concerns. Build positive relationships with patients and create a comfortable environment. Leadership and Collaboration : Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations. Provide guidance on treatment plans, protocols, and best practices. Adherence to Protocols : Adhere to established clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures. Implement and follow specialty referral guidelines when necessary. Active and unrestricted dental license. Proficiency in performing routine dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and restorative treatments. Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education.
