We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address market needs analyze trends and competitor activities engage with customers for feedback and ensure product satisfaction. Responsibilities include defining product requirements executing development and launch plans managing SKUs and tracking performance to implement improvements.

A Day in the Life

Lead product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve market needs and develop product strategies.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to help formulate strategic decisions.

Engage with customers to capture feedback and ensure outstanding product happiness.

Define product requirements and build detailed specifications.

Ensure detailed execution of product development and launch plans.

Manage product SKUs including supply forecasting and pricing

Track product performance and implement improvements to meet expectations.

Keys to Success

Education

Bachelors degree required preferably in a science-related field.

Experience

4 years of experience in product management product development R&D marketing or related is required.

Knowledge of the molecular diagnostic testing market segment

Passion for the use of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology to advance oncology applications

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated ability to implement product initiatives as a cross-functional team member

Excellent communication presentation and teamwork skills.

Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $113500.00$150000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes :
