Assist customers, process sales, suggest add on sales, keep department merchandise in stock and recovered. Stock fashion, ad, and basic merchandise on the sales floor and / or display fixtures, and provide product information. - Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Answer telephones when necessary
- Stock displays with new or back-stock merchandise
- Set up advertising signs and display merchandise on fixtures to attract customers and promote sales as directed
- Verify shelf stock levels are maintained
- Maintain and recover assigned section(s)
- Perform fitting room attendant duties
- Build ends and displays
- Comply with ticketing standards, apply Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) security tags to operational standards
- Comply with corporate policies
- Promote and follow Company initiatives
- Comply with all safety guidelines and standards
