Salesforce Solution Architect

We're seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep hands-on expertise in Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) within Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). You'll lead endtoend solution design for complex product models-including pricing, promotions, lifecycle / versioning, and omnichannel selling-ensuring alignment across CPQ, Order Management, Commerce, and downstream fulfillment systems. You'll partner crossfunctionally to enable scalable catalog governance, accelerate product launch cycles, and deliver high-quality customer / agent experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10+ years in Salesforce solution design; 3-5+ years hands-on with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), specifically Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC).

Demonstrated experience with :

Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs / events, and catalog governance in enterprise environments.

Experience working with omni-channel commerce and agent / CSR flows; ensuring parity and fulfillment feasibility.

Proficient with Agile delivery; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Industry background in Communications / Media, Energy / Utilities, Public Sector, or Financial Services with complex offerings.

Familiarity with TM Forum models (Product / Service / Resource) and Open APIs for catalog / ordering concepts.

Knowledge of contract testing and test data virtualization for catalog change validation.

Exposure to performance testing for CPQ / commerce flows and security / RBAC for catalog administration.

Certifications : Salesforce Industries CPQ / EPC, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Order Management.
