About The Position

• Provide safe, quality care in an adaptive acuity unit (ratios 1 : 5; may provide PCU-level care 3 : 1)
• Manage complex patients requiring drips and higher-level monitoring
• Function as charge RN when assigned
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to inpatient units within scope of practice as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient education
