VCA All Pets Animal Hospital is Expanding its Patient Care Team

Schedule : Full-time opportunity. 4 x 10-hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.

Compensation : $20 - $24 / hour and the starting range for technicians is determined by license, skill set, and years of experience in the field.

We are currently looking for a Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team! Someone who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a team setting, and values building strong client relationships. What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) :

  • Assist in surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and post-op recovery.
  • Perform dental cleanings, charting, and radiographs.
  • Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the DVM.
  • Collect samples and perform in-house laboratory diagnostics.
  • Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments.
  • Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and home care.
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records.
