We're seeking an Information Technology Technician who enjoys being the "go-to" problem solver for IT support. This position provides hands-on technical assistance to employees across departments, supporting hardware, software, and network systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll manage Service Desk tickets, resolve daily support requests, and assist with projects involving system upgrades, device management, and collaboration tools

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-2 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, some Linux).
• Troubleshoot hardware, printers, VoIP phones, A / V systems, and scanners.
• Manage users, groups, and policies in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Administer and troubleshoot SaaS platforms such as Teams, Outlook, and Atlassian (Jira / Confluence).
• Support device management using Intune and / or Jamf.
• Diagnose basic network issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity).
• Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in IT projects and on-call rotation as needed.
