Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Specialist to lead benefits and leave administration. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations while delivering exceptional employee support across health, wellness, and time off programs. You will serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries, vendor coordination, and leave management, while driving accuracy and compliance across HR systems.

Responsibilities :
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports.
- Assist with training program documentation and scheduling.
- Support audits, renewals, and open enrollment activities.
- Conduct benefits onboarding and support UKG enrollment.
- Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness benefits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and plan level requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries and vendor coordination.
- Manage leave programs including FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD / LTD, and workers compensation.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data accuracy.Excellent communication and organizational skills.3+ years of dedicated experience in benefits and leave administration.Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (FMLA, PFML, ADA, etc.)High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education welcome but not mandatory.Preferred Skills :
UKG experience.Bilingual (Spanish).PHR or SHRMCP certification.Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.Benefits & Perks :
