Rate of Pay : $11.00 per hour

Summary : The purpose of this position is to support the financial aid team with all aspects of providing guidance to students.

Essential Job Duties :

• Assists students and parents by answering their financial aid questions by phone and walk-ins.
• Performs routine tasks such as scanning and projects of a clerical, and / or administrative nature.
• Provides backup for the financial aid office by taking students payments, printing statements, answering phone calls, etc.

Abilities :

Education and Experience : HS Diploma or equivalent
