Programmer Analyst

(Entry, Intermediate or Expert Level Hire)

This Programmer Analyst position serves as a member of the Division of University Advancement. This position serves as a subject matter expert whereby enhancing the CRM system and third-party applications used by Advancement. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity by managing system integrations, implementing new CRM and third-party application features, and providing detailed reports and analytics to support operational and strategic needs. This position requires deep technical expertise in report and dashboard creation, data integration, and CRM management, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams to solve technical problems and optimize processes. The position is essential to advancing strategic operations, with a focus on accelerating business processes and supporting the university campaign.

This position will be hired at one of the following levels based on experience :

• Entry (Job Code 4854) $53,000 - $68,000 salary range
• Specialist (Job Code 4855) $53,000 - $72,000 salary range
• Expert (Job Code 4856) $60,000 - $80,000 salary range

Anticipated Hiring Range

This position will be hired at one of the following levels based on experience : Entry (Job Code 4854), Specialist (Job Code 4855), Expert (Job Code 4856).

$53,000 - 80,000, based on candidate's qualifications.
