We're hiring a Technical Lead for the Boise Blood Bank, a frontline leadership role supporting quality, operations, training, and daily workflow in our Transfusion Services department.

This position is a blend of bench expertise and leadership accountability, ideal for someone who thrives in both technical detail and people development. You'll work side by side with a highly skilled team, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care for our patients.
