Job Description : Responsibilities :
Analyze and code AP invoices in digital workflow for multiple agencies dailyKeep track of missing AP invoices on recurring cost filesMeet with finance leads regularly to chase down missing AP invoicesFollow-up with workflow approvers weekly to ensure AP invoices are approved timelyProcess AP adjustments monthlyBackup for expense report processing & auditingPrepares monthly P&L account detail analysisAssist other team members as needed to achieve monthly deadlinesOther duties as assignedCharacteristics and Qualifications :
Accounts Payable 1 year or more experience preferredDemonstrates problem-solving skills & initiativeCommands and fosters an environment of respect and trustDemonstrates adaptability, flexibility, & works well under pressure to meet tight deadlinesEmbodies Havas' valuesContract Type : Permanent
