The Rayleigh Underground is an upscale event center with a spectacular multipurpose venue located in the Toyota Music Factory in Irving. It’s a state-of-the-art entertainment center that hosts corporate events, DJs, live music, competitions, variety shows, speakers, weddings, parties, and family entertainment—just to name a few. It’s adjacent to our fast-casual brand, Kitchen 101.

We’re looking for Private Event Servers who bring great energy, a team-first attitude, and know how to deliver exceptional service no matter the event. Many of our events are corporate, so professionalism is key—but this is also a live music venue, so you’ll need to know how to have fun and loosen up when the concert crowd rolls in.

Our servers aren’t just order takers—they’re experience makers. They don’t just serve tables… they engage with guests, know the venue like the back of their hand, and create an environment that’s friendly, fun, and welcoming to all. • Greeting guests with a genuine, upbeat, friendly, and unscripted welcome.
• Explaining how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
• Anticipating, identifying, and fulfilling guest needs and clarifying special orders.
• Serving food and / or beverages.
• Working with other staff members and having a servant mindset (it comes naturally to help other people).
• Staying calm under pressure and able to think on your feet if obstacles arise.
• Completing all opening, running, and closing duties quickly and accurately.
• Performing cleaning tasks and help set up and breakdown for each shift.
• Learning and consistently adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Completing POS closing procedures and checkouts.
