Title : Director of Property Manager – Commercial Real Estate

About the Role
We are representing a rapidly growing commercial real estate investment firm with a portfolio of industrial assets seeking a hands-on Director of Property Manager to lead regional operations and manage performance across multiple properties and teams. You’ll work directly with internal leadership, tenants, vendors, brokers, and construction teams to ensure assets are operating at peak performance.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee a portfolio of industrial properties and the local property managers who run them
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, CAM reconciliations, rent collection, and NOI tracking
- Lead capital improvement and tenant build-out projects from budgeting to completion
- Collaborate with leasing, legal, and construction teams to execute business plans
- Travel to portfolio assets on an (approximately) quarterly basis

Compensation : $120K–$160K base + bonus / benefits
