General Summary : This position, under the leadership of a Vice President, Director, Group Practice Director, and / or Physician Leader, focuses primarily on research operations. The individual assists leadership with implementing short- and long-term plans, develops financial and operational planning, and represents Henry Ford Health in community involvement. This role balances daily operations with strategic planning.
Education / Experience Required : A bachelor's degree in health administration, business, or related fields is necessary, with a master's degree preferred. At least two years of experience leading a project or team are required, along with research and leadership experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer applications.
Preferred Skills : Minimum of two years of leadership experience, three years of research experience, preferably in cardiology, and open to nursing or non-nursing backgrounds.
Additional Information : This position is with Henry Ford Medical Group, specifically in the Cardiovascular Medicine department. It is a day job with no union code applicable.
