Responsibilities
- Generate call lists and screen potential participants for studies
- Make outbound calls (no cold calling) and take inbound calls to assist callers
- Schedule appointments and make reminder calls for study visits
- Enter data for appointments and participant applications
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
