About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Director of Data Center Operations to lead our operational strategy and enhance the performance of our multi-campus data center portfolio. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of data center operations—from site commissioning through to steady-state operations, maintenance, and reliability—with a keen emphasis on safety, uptime, efficiency, and sustainability.

This executive position calls for a visionary leader capable of building and scaling a high-performing operations team, ensuring consistent operational excellence and the application of best practices across all locations. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, and you will represent our company to clients and the Board.

Eligible candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in data center operations management, showcasing a strong track record in leading teams and managing significant data center capacity. A strategic, hands-on leader with a data-driven mindset is essential, as is the ability to quantify and track performance metrics that inform decision-making.

The Director of Operations will also serve as the primary customer interface for operational communications and updates, requiring strong executive presence for engaging with C-Suite executives and presenting to Boards of Directors. A graduate degree, particularly an MBA, is necessary, alongside experience in data center development and construction.
