Attorney Real Estate

Our client a national law firm recognized for its strong real estate practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Real Estate Department in the greater Milwaukee area or Madison Wisconsin.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex high-value commercial real estate transactions and collaborate with experienced attorneys in a supportive team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

Draft and negotiate documents for acquisitions dispositions and leasing transactions.

Advise clients on entitlements construction law tax-incremental financing (TIF) and conventional financing matters.

Participate in due diligence title and survey reviews and closing processes.

Support partners and clients on a wide range of commercial real estate and development projects.

(Bonus) Experience with data center real estate transactions is a plus but not required.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Licensed to practice in Wisconsin or eligible for admission by waiver.

25 years of real estate experience in a law firm or corporate setting.

Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting communication and analytical skills.
