Title : Workday Application Engineer
Location : Remote
Pay Rate : $70 / hr to $75 / hr on W2
Introduction
We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team. This role requires a strong background in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules, with a focus on supporting and configuring pay cycles for large organizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
- Proven ability to configure and support pay cycles for large companies (over 10,000 employees)
- Proficiency in working with calculation fields and BIRT reports
- Experience managing Stock, Bonus, and Merit plans
- Capability to review requirement and design documents and build advanced compensation configurations with minimal guidance
- Experience in supporting test cycles and managing break / fix issues
