A financially strong multi-specialty group of 400 providers located 90 miles east of San Francisco is seeking to add additional internal medicine physicians based on growth and increased patient demand. This is a quality first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment. The practice provides a physician friendly work / life balance in a safe community environment with an affordable cost of living. Additional information includes : - Outpatient only with the option to do additional hospitalist shifts if desired - 4-4.5 days per week with 34 patient contact hours - Starting base is $300,000 with two year guarantee with RVU bonus - Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing - Group paid malpractice with no tail - Full health, dental vision, life disability, relocation, sign on - 12% 401K with no matching required - RVU based comp starting the 2nd year - Loan or mortgage assistance up to $150,000 - Residency stipend possible - Central Valley location convenient to the Bay Area as well as Yosemite, Sequoia and other wonders To learn more about this perm position, reply with an updated CV.
