Assistant Superintendent

Join a leading concrete repair contractor as an Assistant Superintendent to manage and oversee restoration projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed successfully, from inception to completion, while leading multiple foremen and ensuring job site safety.

Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple restoration projects concurrently from start to finish.
• Lead and oversee a team of foremen.
• Handle RFI, change orders, and submittals.
• Ensure job site safety and conduct toolbox talks.
• Oversee the repair of full depth or spalled concrete, expansion joints, and waterproofing tasks.
• Manage other subcontractors and MEP operations.

Work Environment :

This position requires working on-site five days a week. The company is a growing firm with projects throughout NJ and NY.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln Park, NJ.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
