Commercial Loan Assistant

You’ll track leads daily, schedule appointments for the mortgage team, prepare paperwork, and respond to customer inquiries on transactions as needed. Compensation :

$52,000 - $57,000 yearly plus bonus

Responsibilities :

• Collect the required information from borrowers
• Verification of documents provided by borrowers
• Gather information for underwriting, including title search, property value evaluation, and financial analysis
• Review loan applications to determine if they meet minimum requirements
• Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process
• Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor
