What You'll Do :

• Assist in Patient Rehabilitation - Work alongside Physical Therapists to implement personalized therapy programs that help residents regain strength and mobility.
• Engage & Motivate Residents - Encourage patients through their recovery process, fostering confidence and independence .
• Monitor Progress & Document Outcomes - Track improvements, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team - Work closely with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care .
• Educate Residents & Families - Provide guidance on at-home exercises and mobility strategies for continued progress.
