Job Title : Sales Representative - HVACR

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling HVACR products while managing the full sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include :

Promoting and selling a wide range of HVACR products

Building and maintaining relationships with clients

Presenting product information and conducting demonstrations

Negotiating contracts and closing deals

Meeting or exceeding sales targets

Collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs

This is an on-site role based in Chesapeake, VA .

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships

Familiarity with HVACR products or industry experience (preferred)

Self-motivated and goal-driven

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
